Rockstarz processes the following personal data for the purposes specified in the privacy statement, namely:

- Date of birth
- Gender
- E-mail address
- Telephone number
- Bank details
- Personal data including physical characteristics
Certain personal data can be experienced as sensitive, the reason we ask for this information is so we can better meet the needs of our customers.
PURPOSE
Furthermore, the completed data will be used for the following purposes:
- Sending quotes;
- Answering questions about our services and products;
- Invoicing;
- Sending set cards to introduce new models to existing customers;
- To inform you about changes to our services or jobs;
- To review an application and possibly carry out a registration based on the application;
We also ask you to upload some photos of yourself on our website. Rockstarz needs these to register you and to introduce you to our clients.
SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA THAT WE PROCESS
Through the functionality on our website, we may collect data on website visitors who are under the age of 16. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over the age of 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children's online activities to avoid collecting data from children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal information from a minor without parental consent, please feel free to contact us at info@rockstarzmanagement.com so that we may delete such information.
RETENTION PERIOD
Rockstarz does not keep personal data longer than strictly necessary. That is, Rockstarz keeps the data as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned above. In addition, there may be a legitimate interest why your data is kept for a longer period or to comply with legal (storage) obligations.
Personal data of persons who have applied to Rockstarz as a model will be removed after rejection of the application. If you no longer want to be registered in our database then you are at all times entitled to stop this, we will remove your data from our website. You do this by sending an e-mail to info@rockstarzmanagement.com stating 'Unsubscribe'. When models unsubscribe from Rockstarz, the personal data of the models will only be kept for the purpose of reusing the images that were created through the mediation of Rockstarz. If no mediation has taken place, Rockstarz will remove the personal data of the model.
PROVISION TO THIRD PARTIES
Rockstarz only makes use of third parties - if necessary - in the execution of its services and activities. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we make a processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. If a client wishes to receive personal data for the preparation of the call sheet, Rockstarz asks the model's permission. Selling your personal data for commercial purposes does not happen.
THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
This privacy statement does not apply to third-party websites that are connected to this website through links. Rockstarz cannot guarantee that these third parties will handle your personal data in a reliable or secure manner. Rockstarz therefore recommends that you read the privacy statement and cookie statement of these websites before using them.
MODIFICATION OF THE PRIVACY STATEMENT
Rockstarz reserves the right to make changes to this privacy statement. It is recommended that you consult this privacy statement regularly so that you are aware of these changes.
VIEWING, ADJUSTING OR REMOVING DATA
You have the right to inspect, correct or remove your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your possible consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Rockstarz and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we have on you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you. It may be that Rockstarz is still required to process the data for other purposes (administration, tax filing). You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request to withdraw your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@rockstarzmanagement.com.
